3Legal Basis and Storage Duration

Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in proper business operations).

Data is stored for at least 3 years after the last order to fulfill legal retention obligations. Customer data: At least 3 years after last order. Orders: 7 years (legal retention obligation). Invoices: 7 years (tax law retention). Communication: 3 years after completion of the order.

After the respective period expires, data is automatically deleted unless legal retention obligations prevent this. You can request deletion of your data at any time unless legal retention obligations exist.

4Hosting

Our website is hosted by a professional hosting provider. When you access the website, technical connection data such as IP address, date/time and browser type are automatically recorded.
